The court of London issued an arrest warrant for the ex-wife of Arkady Rotenberg

Natalya Rotenberg, the former wife of Russian businessman Arkady Rotenberg, has been put on the wanted list by the High Court in London.
According to The Daily Telegraph, the court ordered the arrest of the woman after she failed to appear at the meeting, where she was supposed to appear at the suit of the law firm Candey, which previously represented her interests.
Natalya Rotenberg was supposed to pay £11.5 thousand ($14.3 thousand) to lawyers, but refused their services after they could not prove her right to an estate in Surrey. As a result, the case was remanded for retrial. Plaintiff’s representatives state that the defendant consistently ignored court orders and all of Candey’s attempts to contact her, which led to this outcome.
Earlier it was reported that the ex-wife of the oligarch is trying to sue the estate in Surrey. However, the lawyers failed to prove that the property registered to the offshore company really belongs to Arkady Rotenberg.
