The court left the claim against MTS for 10 million rubles without consideration. because of the “naked party”

The Tagansky Court of Moscow left the claim for 10 million rubles without consideration. to MTS (MOEX: MTSS) because of the “naked party”, which took place on December 21 at the Moscow club Mutabor. The plaintiff Oleg Ostanniy filed it with a demand to compensate for moral damage.

“By the ruling of the Tagansky District Court of Moscow, the applications of the plaintiff, Ostanniy Oleg Valerievich, to PJSC Mobile Telesystems for compensation for moral damage were left without consideration,” the press service of the Moscow courts reported in Telegram channel.

The plaintiff argued that MTS participated in promotional integration with some of the party guests and was therefore also responsible for what happened. On January 26, the court returned a similar lawsuit against MTS and blogger Nastya Ivleeva.

In January, two lawsuits were filed against the company for $1 billion rubles. as compensation for moral damage. One of the applicants, Alexander Treshchev, demanded to recover money in favor of the “Defenders of the Fatherland” fund for supporting participants in the military operation on the territory of Ukraine. Another lawsuit was filed by a group of citizens led by actor and producer Alexander Inshakov. The court rejected them.

The almost naked style party took place on the night of December 21st. The event was attended, in particular, by Philip Kirkorov, Ksenia Sobchak, Lolita, Dzhigan and rapper Vacio (Nikolai Vasiliev). MTS, VK, TNT, NTV, as well as other media and advertising companies slowed down cooperation with Ms. Ivleeva and the party participants.
