The court gave 15 years to ex-prosecutor Ramensky Tombulov

The Chekhov court in the Moscow region sentenced the former prosecutor of Ramenskoye Konstantin Tombulov to 15 years in prison. In addition to him, sentences were handed down to 12 more defendants in the case of scams with land plots and multimillion-dollar bribes.
As the press service of the RF IC notes, among the defendants in the case were employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, as well as the Ramenskoye City Prosecutor’s Office, who at various times were part of Tombulov’s organized groups.
Back in 2009, the main person involved in the case, together with his accomplices, began to seize land in the Moscow region with the help of forged documents, and later sold them at market value. In total, the damage to the state was 15 million rubles.
The convicts also received real estate in the amount of 60 million rubles as bribes.
There are also episodes in the case with the theft of seized shoes for 50 million rubles and extortion of a share in a fitness club from an entrepreneur.
