An elderly woman was allowed not to comply with the house arrest regime until the end of the investigation, informs “Fountain”.
According to investigators, on October 6, on the eve of Putin’s birthday, Irina Tsybaneva visited the grave of his parents at the Serafimovsky cemetery in St. Petersburg and left a note on it. The text, according to the publications of a number of media outlets, was offensive to the President of the Russian Federation. Because of this note, the investigation suspects the pensioner of “desecration of the burial place for reasons of political or ideological hostility (part 2 of article 244 of the Criminal Code). She faces up to five years in prison.
By court decision, house arrest was replaced by a 60-year-old pensioner with a ban on certain actions. So, she is forbidden to use the Internet, visit the Serafimovsky cemetery and communicate with its employees.
