The court fined the singer Monetochka for the second time for not marking a foreign agent

The Basmanny Court of Moscow fined the singer Monetochka (Elizaveta Gyrdymova, recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) for 30 thousand rubles. for the lack of marking of a foreign agent in her social networks, reported TASS in a court. This is the singer’s second fine under the article on violating the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent (part 4 of article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). According to information RusNews, the last penalty was imposed on the singer for the lack of marking on three posts in Telegram with short videos and concert announcements. At the same time, Ms. Gyrdymova does not use the marking of a foreign agent in all her posts on social networks and other materials published on her behalf. The reason for the first fine was the lack of marking in the video “New interview with Mikhail and Sonya Shatz” (Mikhail Schatz is included in the register of foreign agencies).
