The Presnensky Court of Moscow fined two citizens who ran out of a mobile bathhouse in their underwear. The incident occurred the other day in the Moscow City business center.

As the press service of the court told MK, two citizens who violated generally accepted rules of behavior in a public place were brought to administrative responsibility under Article 20.1 part 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and fined 1,000 rubles each.

The violators’ names are Evgeny Ushakov and Sergey Kochelyabin. Interestingly, the second of them was recently brought to justice for another offense – he gave a group of people a tubing ride, tying them to his car, in the courtyard of a house in Mytishchi, near Moscow.
