The Ural court dismissed the case of a Yekaterinburg resident who insulted a child for a hat with the symbol of the CBO
The press service of the Leninsky District Court of Yekaterinburg announced that the court had dismissed the criminal case of hooliganism against Alexander Neustroev, who insulted a child in a hat with the symbol of a special military operation (SVO), and fined him.
The representative of the press service of the court stated that a measure of a criminal law nature was applied to the accused in the form of a court fine in the amount of 7 thousand rubles. He added that the criminal case against the Yekaterinburg citizen was discontinued.
It is noted that the incident occurred in April of this year and got on the video that circulated on the Web. On the video, a man scolded a boy born in 2011 for walking in a hat with the letter Z. Neustroev was accused under paragraphs “a” and “b” of Part 1 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Hooliganism with the use or threat of violence based on political, ideological hatred or enmity).
