Nikulinsky Court of Moscow did not consider lawsuit on the recognition of Oleg Eidelstein as the son of the late founder of the Liberal Democratic Party, Vladimir Zhirinovsky. Earlier, Mr. Eidelstein, who positioned himself as the “illegitimate son” of a politician, filed paternity suit to reported in court, subsequently receive a part of the inheritance of Mr. Zhirinovsky.
According to the agency “Moscow”the reason for refusing to accept the claim for consideration was the earlier decision by the Supreme Court of Kabardino-Balkaria to refuse to recognize Oleg Eidelstein as the son of Vladimir Zhirinovsky.
LDPR spokesman Alexander Dupin told the publication“Climb”that the party is not going to comment on the information about the lawsuit in any way. “We do not deal with family squabbles among relatives [Владимира Вольфовича Жириновского]. It has absolutely nothing to do with us,” the party representative explained.
The late founder of the Liberal Democratic Party has a son, Igor Lebedev (in 2011-2021 he was the vice speaker of the State Duma, for a long time he was a member of the federal leadership of the Liberal Democratic Party) and an illegitimate daughter, Anastasia Botsan-Kharchenko.
