The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine has decided to confiscate two apartments of designer Artemy Lebedev, which are located in Kyiv. About it reported Strana publication, citing Inna Bogatykh, Director of the Sanctions Policy Department of the Ministry of Justice.
It is specified that Lebedev had two apartments – on Yaroslavov Val (area 138 sq. M) and on Saksaganskogo Street (193 sq. M). One of them was written directly to him and sealed back in January of this year, and the second – to a friend who is a programmer.
Lebedev has been banned from entering Ukraine since 2017. In January 2023, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky imposed personal sanctions against Lebedev. They provide for the prevention of capital outflows and the blocking of accounts.
In June 2022, Lebedev published a report after a visit to the Zaporozhye NPP. This was the reason why the SBU presented him accusations of justifying the special operation.
Artemy Lebedev is a designer, entrepreneur and blogger. His eponymous studio was founded in 1995 in Moscow. Her portfolio includes almost 4,000 projects, including Moscow metro schemes, websites of KFS, Beeline and Alfa bankdesign of the territory of the Severstal metallurgical plant and the Vkusvill store.
Since the end of April 2019, on his own YouTube channel, he has been reviewing the news agenda in the “Most Honest News” section, and also maintains travel blogs and reviews of design solutions in the “Business Lynch” section.
