Kolchuginsky city court blocked on the territory of Russia, the website of the Vladimir publication “Resonance” at the suit of the prosecutor’s office. The website of the court does not specify for what reason access to the publication’s website is restricted.

The editor of the publication, Danil Belyakov, citing a statement from Roskomnadzor, told the Argument that Rezonans was blocked due to instructions to evade mobilization. Danil Belyakov left Russia for Istanbul back in April after being searched in connection with a criminal case involving anti-war graffiti.
