The Second Western District Military Court considered the criminal case of three senior officers of the aviation department of the FSB of the Russian Federation, who were accused of fraudulent actions and abuse of power. The court ruled to acquit officers Yuri Kravchenko, Sergei Romanov and Artem Sokhin “for lack of corpus delicti.”
According to the investigating authorities, in 2017-2019, these FSB officers entered into state contracts with AsStroy LLC, which was engaged in the supply of various equipment and equipment to military units.
According to the case file, this company was supposed to install a collapsible warehouse complex in Vorkuta for storing aviation equipment, but the work was not carried out. The damage was estimated at 63.5 million rubles.
