After the start of the Russian special operation, Europe began to restrict the issuance of visas to Russians. At the same time, moving to Western countries has become much more difficult due to the higher demand for relocation. According to information 78.ruin St. Petersburg, for several months now, there has been a scheme helping Russians with such a “delicate” procedure, for which they can contact the Consul General of Bulgaria in the Northern capital, Angel Antonov.
According to the publication, he may be involved in a corruption scheme, with the help of which any Russian could become a Ukrainian with Bulgarian roots.
It is noted that the fraud was discovered after one of those who applied for such a procedure came to the police.
It is clarified that the man was planning to move to Bulgaria and was looking for options. As a result, I ended up working with a commercial company, where they said that this could be done through repatriations. The citizen was surprised, since he never had relatives in this country. However, the company told him that no family was needed, it would be “on paper.” The cost of the service was 7 thousand euros.
