Armen Mnatsakanyan, vice-speaker of the Pskov Regional Assembly of Deputies, head of the United Russia faction in the regional parliament, supervised the construction of an open-type sports and recreation complex (FOKOT) in Novorzhev.
As MK in Pskov was informed by the press service of United Russia, in recent days, the base of the football field has already been prepared at FOKOT – its contours have already been outlined. The base of the field is poured out of crushed stone by two front-end loaders. Then it is thrombosed.
In parallel, a caterpillar excavator compacts the slope of the embankment from the side of the lake. This is necessary so that during the period of flood waters the embankment (its height reaches 4.5 meters) is not eroded and the sports facility is not flooded, explained Armen Mnatsakanyan.
We add that recently a drainage system has been installed at the facility, an electrician has been installed and foundations have been installed for lighting poles.
“The contractor reports daily on the progress of work with photo fixation in the chat, where all responsible specialists are present. There is also a discussion of the difficulties, the search for solutions,” the parliamentarian added.
Recall that the development of sports is one of the areas of the United Russia people’s program and the construction of a sports and recreation complex in Novorzhev is taking place as part of the Children’s Sports party project.
