Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny regained control over his Instagram account (the social network is owned by Meta, a banned and recognized extremist organization in the Russian Federation) after being hacked by Russian hackers.
Zaluzhny’s account was hacked by the Russian hacker Joker DNR. After the hack, the DPR Joker posted a photo of Russian President Vladimir Putin on Zaluzhny’s profile picture, and added a link to his Telegram channel in the profile description.
The hacking of the account provoked an angry reaction from Zaluzhny.
Subsequently, the profile photo was changed to the flag of Ukraine with the coat of arms, and the photo with Putin on a bear was also removed from the profile. At the same time, there was a link to the Telegram channel of the DPR Joker, which the hacker posted on the page of the commander-in-chief.
