When a PSG subscriber does not come to the Parc des Princes on a match day, he can resell his place through the official club exchange. This system will continue this season but will no longer apply to members of the Collectif Ultras Paris (CUP).
The group of supporters explains in a press release published on Friday that it is itself at the origin of an agreement with the club which prohibits “beneficiaries of CUP subscriptions” to resell tickets. “In the event of absence, places can only be transferred free of charge within the limit of 10 (places per person) for the season. »
By prohibiting the resale of tickets, the CUP intends “to benefit from it other members of the CUP whose financial means do not allow them to attend the matches, the CUP Solidarité or the PSG Foundation”.
The CUP hopes to be emulated by other groups of supporters: “we ask other Virage subscribers to have the same ethics, it being understood that in the long term we wish that all resales of seats with profit be prohibited”.
