Wind speed will be 3-8 meters per second from the east. Atmospheric pressure will also fall and will be 763 mm Hg. Art., which is higher than normal.
On Thursday, rainless weather and temperatures of -22…-24° are expected.
As stated by the chief weather forecaster of St. Petersburg, Alexander Kolesov, January 3 and 4 may become the coldest in the last twenty years of meteorological observations in St. Petersburg. Previously, temperatures dropped to -25 degrees only in 1950 and 2002.
