A criminal case has been initiated
A criminal case for drunk driving was opened by the chairman of one of the territorial election commissions of Moscow by the capital’s law enforcement agencies.
As MK learned, the chairman of the TEC of the Babushkinsky district (he was nominated from the Democratic Party of Russia) was stopped driving a Haval car on the night of September 12 on Sovetskaya Armiya Street. The driver showed signs of intoxication. He himself refused to undergo a medical examination.
Law enforcement officers conducted an investigation and opened a criminal case under Article 264.1 Part 1 of the Criminal Code (“Driving while intoxicated”). The investigation is ongoing.
