The center of St. Petersburg greets distinguished guests gathering at SPIEF with ceilings. Vladimir Putin is still in Moscow. But one president, apparently, is already here. Judging by the standard on the limousine, Vahagn Khachaturian arrived in the northern capital. As Yuri Ushakov told journalists, the President of Armenia will take part in the SPIEF plenary session together with Vladimir Putin.
Earlier it became known that the presidents of Algeria, Armenia and South Ossetia will join Vladimir Putin at SPIEF this year. The Prime Ministers of Kyrgyzstan and Cuba are also expected to visit – the latter has been visiting Russia since June 6. The organizers noted that more than 17,000 delegates from 130 countries would attend the forum, but presidential aide Yuri Ushakov cautiously suggested that the participation of foreigners would be massive. He urged to take stock after the completion of all events
