The criminal case of murder, initiated on the eve of the disappearance of a 16-year-old figure skater in Moscow, may be closed due to the lack of corpus delicti. Law enforcement officials told TASS that the investigators are deciding whether to close the case. The agency was confirmed that “the girl was found and handed over to her mother,” details were not given.
Yesterday, August 29, became known about the disappearance of 16-year-old figure skater Alina Gorbacheva. The girl disappeared in the north-west of Moscow after attending a training session, as reported by her mother. TFR filed a case according to part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder), on the same day, an athlete hit on surveillance cameras in the capital’s cafe. In the evening the police found her at the mall cinema.
Last season, Alina Gorbacheva placed sixth in the Russian Grand Prix final. At the Russian Championship, she became the ninth.
