The Cabinet of Ministers allocated more than 1.3 billion rubles to the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation

The Russian government will allocate more than 1.3 billion rubles for the work of the state fund to support participants in the special operation “Defenders of the Fatherland”, created on the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The corresponding document was published on Wednesday, June 14.
The order, signed by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers Mikhail Mishustin, states that the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation in 2023 will receive budgetary allocations in the amount of 1.3147 billion rubles from the government’s reserve fund.
These funds are intended to provide a grant in the form of a subsidy to the state fund to support participants in the special military operation “Defenders of the Fatherland”.
Earlier, issues of interaction between the working group on NWO and the state fund “Defenders of the Fatherland”, including at the legislative level, were discussed during a working meeting by the chairman of the fund Anna Tsivileva and the head of the group, secretary of the General Council of “United Russia” Andrey Turchak, who became a member of the supervisory board of the fund and chaired the legislative working group.
Turchak stressed that it is important to use the resources and competencies of the foundation and the working group as efficiently as possible. Tsivileva noted that on June 1, branches of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation earned in all regions of Russia. During this time, social coordinators have received more than four thousand applications.
