The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) fired at the village of Kister in the Pogarsky district of the Bryansk region, said the governor of the region Alexander Bogomaz.
“The Armed Forces of Ukraine shelled the village of Kister, Pogarsky district. There were no casualties. All emergency services are on site.” wrote he is in his Telegram channel.
As a result of the shelling, the energy supply of the village suffered, Bogomaz added, after the work of the operatives, the energy will begin to restore.
Yesterday, December 29, Bogomaz informed about downed drones in the territory of the Klintsovsky district. Prior to this, the region was shelled on December 20 – then the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked the territory of the Suzemsky district, and a Ukrainian drone attacked the territory of the regional electrical network (RES) in the Trubchevsky district. There were no casualties, however, in the village of Suzemka, the railway tracks were damaged, and as a result of the second attack, the destruction received an administrative building and a car. Damage from the shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine exceeded 100 million rubles, Bogomaz said earlier.
Earlier today APU also fired upon the village of Vyazovoe and Shebekinsky urban district in the Belgorod region, said the governor Vyacheslav Gladkov.
On October 19, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree introducing a “medium response” regime in eight border regions – Crimea, Sevastopol, Krasnodar Territory, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk and Rostov regions (some of which were subjected to shelling from Ukraine).
In addition, a “yellow” terrorist alert level has been in effect in several regions since mid-April, which has since been repeatedly extended. The last time a high level of terrorist threat in the Bryansk region extended from January 4 for 15 days.
