An unexpected problem occurred during the broadcast of the English version of the German television channel Deutsche Welle (the television and radio company is recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign media agent), when they broadcast a press conference of NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
When the head of the Alliance spoke about the situation in Ukraine, the broadcast was interrupted and Russian President Vladimir Putin appeared on the screen with the words: “It was Russia that created modern Ukraine, transferring significant territories there.” At the same time, the credits on the screen continued to inform the audience that they were watching Stoltenberg’s speech.
After that, the host of the TV channel said that there was a “technical problem”, while noting that there was a “very strange coincidence.” Then the broadcast of Stoltenberg’s speech resumed.
