The Briton married a Ukrainian refugee, talking through an online translator

Luke Dickinson, 28, from Bristol, married 37-year-old Ukrainian refugee Vera Klimova after meeting on social media.
The couple got married in late September, less than three months after they met. The Ukrainian, together with her 15-year-old daughter, left Odessa for Moldova, where she met Dickinson in a group for those wishing to move to Foggy Albion.
“We have a perfect sense of humor,” the man explained. “Everyone always says that no one understands the English sense of humor, but she does.”
It is noteworthy that the Ukrainian used an online translator for correspondence, as she almost did not understand English.
The woman eventually made it to England via Hungary and the Netherlands. Arriving in Bristol, according to the publication, Klimova went to English courses.
