The crews of ships of the Black Sea Fleet conducted exercises to destroy unmanned aerial vehicles. According to the plan, operational services received data on the takeoff of a group of UAVs from the territory of Ukraine towards Crimea.

During the exercises, the search, detection and destruction of air attack weapons by opponents with technical means, anti-aircraft weapons of ships, small arms and man-portable anti-aircraft missile systems at air defense posts were practiced. The bases of ships and civilian objects were covered, Interfax reports a message from the Black Sea Fleet.

Crimea is frequently attacked by drones and missiles. So, December 15 over the peninsula were shot down 32 UAVs.
