A bill on criminal and administrative liability for trash streaming is going to be submitted to the lower house of parliament by the end of November, the press service of the youth policy committee said.
Earlier, the Chairman of the Duma Committee, Artem Metelev, said that the Cabinet of Ministers supported bills on administrative and criminal liability for trash streams.
The parliamentarian wrote in his telegram channel that the corresponding conclusion will be considered on November 7 at the government commission on legislative activities.
We are talking, as Metelev recalled, about amendments to the criminal and administrative code. The initiatives involve fines of up to 600 thousand rubles with confiscation of property, a ban on actions (including using the Internet). In addition, trash streamers may face a real sentence under many charges, and trash streaming itself will become an aggravating circumstance when sentencing.
