The best participants in the Spartakiad of schoolchildren of the Union State were awarded in Pskov yesterday, September 16, the correspondent of MK in Pskov reports.
In competitions volleyball the third place was taken by the team of the city of Baranovichi, Brest region of the Republic of Belarus. In second place are athletes from Minsk. Volleyball players from Grodno (Republic of Belarus) became the best.
Among the teams competing in ice hockey the third result was shown by the team of the Khabarovsk Territory “Transbunker”. The second place was taken by the Yaroslavl athletes, and the victory was won by the Tornado team from Minsk.
Competition in chess ended with the following result: the team of the Minsk region took the third position, and the city of Minsk took the second place. Athletes from the Brest region became the best in this sport.
Recall that the Spartakiad of schoolchildren of the union state was held in Pskov from September 11 to 16 and gathered participants from 5 regions of Belarus and 10 regions of Russia.
