Readers of the Turkish newspaper En Son Haber commented on the scandal with the press officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Ivanna Plantovskaya, who posted photos from her vacation in Paris and a video from a nightclub on social networks.
These shots caused indignation among Ukrainians. The Turks also supported them.
“Are these guys fighting?” one reader wrote.
“Everyone fights in his own way,” another remarked with irony.
The third believes that the president-comedian “can only have such a representative” and that the Ukrainian authorities “have driven the country into a dead end.”
“Soldiers go to their deaths, and the leaders themselves go for fun,” one of the comments says.
Plantovskaya has been working in the department of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in Odessa since 2019. She regularly commented to the media on border control issues for men of military age.
According to “Strana.ua”, after the publication of photographs where the officer is relaxing in Paris and in nightclubs, “a grandiose scandal began” in Ukraine. It is noted that he can hit the head of Plantovskaya – the head of the Southern Directorate of the State Border Guard Service, Sergei Mulu.
