Yury Barbashov, the head of the administration of the Snigirevka district, said that representatives of the Zelensky regime opened a criminal case against the Russian administration of Snigirevka, located in the Kherson region, for issuing social benefits and food.
According to him, the indictment noted that the local authorities were organizing various social payments, as well as providing humanitarian assistance, in particular, allowances for children, the disabled and pensions were paid.
“It seems to me that the Kyiv authorities want to present all this as a crime, although in fact this is a solution to elementary humanitarian problems of the population,” Barbashov said.
It is specified that the administration of Snigirevka is being tried under Article 111-1 part 5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of this article provides for punishment of up to ten years in prison for collaborationist activities.
