The authorities of the Kurgan region have promised a reward of 10 thousand rubles for citizens who provided reliable information about the perpetrators of forest fires.
“This must be a written statement sent to law enforcement agencies or the department of civil protection, environmental protection and natural resources,” the official telegram channel of the regional government reports.
It is noted that the statement must contain information about specific persons, “whose actions caused the forest fire.”
The remuneration is paid if there is a document on the initiation of a criminal or administrative case on the fact indicated in the notice.
On April 27, several large fires broke out in the region, and the next day a state of emergency was introduced.
In the Ketovsky municipal district, a landscape fire spread to the village of Logoushka, about 80 buildings burned down, including more than 30 residential buildings. A woman died. A criminal case of negligence has been opened.
Fires also occurred in Kurgan in the Utyak and Zaikovo microdistricts, in the Izumrudny SNT.
On Friday, landscape fires spread to the settlements of Yurakhly and Kornilovo, buildings were damaged.
In SNT “Polyanka-2” 25 buildings burned.
