A mobile application with which Sberbank customers can use the bank’s services on IOS-based devices has again become available in the App Store, a Vedomosti correspondent was convinced. This time it’s called SBOL.

At the end of December, the press service of Sberbank confirmed launch of the mobile application installation service “Sberbank online” on Apple devices. Earlier, this was reported by the deputy chairman of the board of the credit institution Kirill Tsarev. Then the bank’s press service called the new service a “New Year’s gift” for iPhone owners. In order to install the bank’s application on a smartphone, one had to come to one of the Sberbank branches.
Problems with the installation of Sberbank Online began in the spring of 2022, when the US imposed sanctions against the bank. As a result, the mobile app was removed from the App Store and Google Play. At the same time, applications that were previously installed on mobile devices continue to work to this day.
