The American general called the volume of US military aid deliveries to Kyiv “crazy”

Retired US Army Lieutenant General Joseph Kellogg said in an interview with Fox News that by supplying Kyiv with most of its military aid, Washington is becoming a party to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict.
“Since we started sending them weapons like HIMARS and MLRS, we said that we don’t want to become a party that expands the scope of the conflict,” the general recalled and admitted that he considers it crazy that the United States provides Ukraine with 75% of the humanitarian, economic and military assistance.
Earlier it became known that the United States included in the next package of military assistance to Kyiv ammunition for the MLRS HIMARS. The Armed Forces of Ukraine will receive 36,000 105mm artillery shells and one thousand 155mm high-precision artillery shells.
In addition, Ukraine will be supplied with radars, anti-drone systems, demining equipment, night vision devices, small arms and insulated winter uniforms for the military.
