The first ambulance team arrived at Crocus City Hall on the evening of the terrorist attack 4 minutes after the call was received at the dispatcher’s console. This was reported by the press service of the Moscow Region Ministry of Health. In total, about 70 teams were involved in providing assistance to the victims.

“Within 4 minutes after the call was received at the dispatcher’s console, the first ambulance team arrived at the scene. In total, 54 teams from the Moscow Regional Ambulance Station, as well as 15 teams from the territorial center for disaster medicine, were involved in providing medical care to the victims at Crocus,” reports the report. Earlier, a recording from a car DVR of the first seconds of the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall appeared on Telegram channels. They show two armed militants entering through entrance No. 14 of Crocus Expo, passing by a van with a blue stripe. Telegram channels claimed that this was a van from the canine service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Irina Volk reportedthat this van belonged to medical aid. Law enforcement officials, she said, arrived at the scene five minutes after the shooting was reported.
