The Ambassador to Poland announced the resumption of the work of the school in a new location from May 10

The school at the Russian Embassy in Warsaw may resume work in another building from May 10, said Russian Ambassador to Poland Sergey Andreev. On the eve of April 29, local authorities and police entered the building and demanded that employees leave it, as Poland decided to transfer this property to the state last year.

Andreev then said that Moscow would find another building for the school at the embassy, ​​and the diplomatic mission would ensure the normal completion of the school year and the passing of exams. Today, the ambassador said that the institution can resume work from May 10.

“After the May holidays. After May 9th. The next week will be needed for the removal of equipment, school property and its placement in a new location. After all this is organized, I think classes will be held as usual from May 10, ”- said it to the RIA Novosti agency.

According to Andreev, on Saturday, representatives of the bailiff service were engaged in describing the property, and today school employees are taking it out. Moscow will file a protest over the removal of the building on May 2, he added.

At the Russian Foreign Ministry declaredthat the invasion of the Polish authorities on the territory of the school at the Russian Embassy will not remain without a harsh reaction, and Moscow considers what happened as an encroachment on Russian diplomatic property in Poland. The Investigative Committee of Russia announced that it would give a legal assessment of the actions of the authorities of the republic.

In March last year, Polish courts ruled on the transfer to the state treasury of two real estate objects in Russia, including the building of a secondary school at the Russian embassy. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland reported that these are objects that are not used for diplomatic or consular purposes.
