France handed over the first batch of SCALP missiles to Ukraine. This was announced by the Ambassador of Ukraine to France Vadim Omelchenko in an interview with the publication “Left Bank”.
“All the SCALP missiles that the French promised to provide as part of the first batch are already with us. This batch was a test one, the shells proved to be quite good. SCALP will be, deliveries will continue. The main issue of these deliveries is their pace, and here the French are doing very well,” he said.
The diplomat noted that when President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky or French leader Emmanuel Macron announce the supply of this or that weapon, this means that it is already in Ukraine and is used in hostilities.
