The Air Force of Ukraine declared the superiority of the Russian Federation in electronic warfare

According to the Ukrainian agency Strana.ua, the speaker of the Air Force of Ukraine, Yuriy Ignat, named Russia’s superiority in electronic warfare as one of the reasons why the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is stalling.
The Russian Federation, according to him, has a special advantage in the fight against drones.
“The drone does not need to be shot down with anti-aircraft missiles or anti-aircraft guns. You can simply force it to land, intercept it with electronic warfare… There are anti-drone guns and more powerful stations capable of operating at greater distances,” Ignat said.
He also added that Russia “has enough of these systems.”
“Ukraine has made progress in electronic warfare, but we started late, we should have developed earlier,” the BBC speaker stated with regret.
