The Agency for the Development of Skills and Professions has updated the list of competencies for which professional competitions for college and university students will now be held. Now this list includes 281 professional competencies, of which 103 are included in the status of “core”, 75 – in the status of “presentation”, 83 – in the status of “candidate for presentation” and 20 – in the status of “corporate”. In addition, 122 competencies now have the status of “junior”.
As noted in the agency, the list includes five new competencies for students of higher educational institutions. In particular, competence “Architectural design in the field of restoration of territories of industrial and civil facilities» associated with the restoration and conservation of cultural heritage sites. Competence “Producing the processes of restoration of industrial and urban areas” involves the contestant’s search for alternatives for the most efficient use of unclaimed or irrationally used territories, as well as their comprehensive re-profiling.
Another new skill is called “Intelligent Image Processing”. And he assumes that the contestant, who is also a video analyst, will have skills in organizing work and process safety, interdisciplinary communication, have knowledge in the field of computer vision, be able to program in C ++ and Python, work with cloud platforms, server equipment, and process the received data using machine learning. The basis of the professional activity of a specialist is the solution of problems aimed at counting people and vehicles.
Competence “Hydrogen Energy” was included in the list of the Agency for the Development of Skills and Professions of Inenergy LLC with the support of the NTI Competence Center for New and Mobile Energy Source Technologies at the FRC PCP and Moscow Chemical Industry, Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and Moscow State University. It is based on the work of energy specialists who implement and ensure the uninterrupted operation of systems containing electrochemical current sources, including those using hydrogen as fuel. Currently, this area of activity is just beginning to take shape. Hydrogen, whose production is measured in tens of millions of tons per year, is now used primarily in the chemical industry, oil refining and metallurgy, and not in energy. The task of hydrogen energy specialists is to calculate the parameters of the corresponding hydrogen system, which can ensure stable operation, based on the requirements determined by the energy consumer.
Competence Developers “Ecology/Management of environmental innovations” Moscow Information Technology University – Moscow Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering (MASI), Ecostandart Group LLC and SOW&Hservice Ltd with the support of Akvilon LLC and All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Labor are speaking. The direction is an assessment of the work performed in related areas by specialists in environmental protection, labor protection and industrial safety at the enterprise. Qualified employees can analyze the situation, assess the need for action, develop measures to reduce the impact of the production cycle on workers, the environment, maintain safe workplaces and the surrounding area suitable for life.
