The actress from “Matchmakers” accused a friend of stealing more than 10 million rubles

An acquaintance trusted by Honored Artist of Russia Margarita Shubina, known to domestic audiences for her role as Lyuba in the series “Matchmakers,” stole almost 10 million rubles from the theater and film star. About this on Tuesday, October 10, reports Telegram channel “112”.

According to the publication, the artist gave her friend Irina $110 thousand for safekeeping (at the current exchange rate this is actually 10 million rubles) due to the fact that she was constantly on the road. When Shubina returned, she asked her friend to give her the money, but she responded by telling the “Matchmakers” star that all the money had been spent by her son, who found it in the apartment and took it for himself, so it was impossible to return the money.

Margarita Shubina has already contacted the police regarding the incident.

Previously “MK” reportedthat St. Petersburg actor Andrei Bozhanov, known for the TV series “Streets of Broken Lights” and “Secrets of the Investigation,” tried to rob a bank to save himself from debt. He was detained by police on suspicion of an armed attack on a credit institution. According to the artist, he did not intend to take the money, but sought refuge from multimillion-dollar debts – in an isolation ward.
