Tenth-graders of school No. 1368 became the tech leaders of the future

Tenth grade students of Moscow School No. 1368 have developed an innovative Boker keyboard that helps in learning foreign languages.
The keyboard itself is a screen where each key allows you to change the language layout. The guys suggest that in the future just such a keyboard with mini-screens will replace modern keyboards. To create a keyboard, Nikolai Titovsky, a student of the school, who is also the technical director of the project, soldered 600 contacts and fit a 24-meter wire into a small keyboard case while performing the installation. The captain of the school team, Alexander Kuznetsov, after analyzing the market, concluded that engineers have made two attempts to create such keyboards over the past 10 years. However, both models were heavy and bulky. The third member of the team, Roman Grishkov, is finalizing the Boker website and developing groups in social networks.
A team of tenth-graders from Butovo School No. 1368 tried to eliminate these shortcomings, and also calculated the costs of production and the economic benefits of selling a new keyboard.
The guys submitted their development to the competition of the accelerator “Technoleaders of the Future”. Technoleader experts assessed the project as promising and invited schoolchildren to educational lectures, where tenth graders learned how to turn an idea into a business model. Now young inventors are working on the second copy of the keyboard, which, quite likely, with the help of investors, will be put into production. For their development, the winners of the Technoleaders of the Future accelerator received vouchers for a shift at Artek and additional points for the Unified State Examination, which they will need when entering a university.
