Russian Ekaterina Aleksandrova moved up one spot to 20th in the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) rankings. The leader among Russians is Daria Kasatkina, who took the 11th line. Veronika Kudermetova retained 12th place, Lyudmila Samsonova dropped one position to 23rd.
The ranking is headed by the Polish tennis player Iga Swiatek. The top 10 included:

Alexandrova last week came out to the semifinals of the WTA 500 category tournament in Ostrava, Czech Republic. In the match for reaching the final, the Russian lost Sventek with a score of 6:7, 5:7, 6:2, 4:6.
