Telegraph: Russian planning bombs thwarted Ukraine’s plans for a UAF counteroffensive

According to British journalists The Telegraph Joe Barnes and Roland Oliphant, the Russian army uses tactical bombs equipped with universal planning and correction modules (UMPC) along the entire front line in Ukraine.
Kiev claims that Russia releases at least 20 glide bombs a day. According to Ukrainian and Western analysts, the use of such weapons may force the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to make changes to its operational planning, as well as change plans for a possible counteroffensive.
Yury Ignat, adviser to the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, also said that planning bombs are a very serious threat. According to him, Russian aviation has been using such bombs for about a month in regions where hostilities are taking place. It is also noted that Russian combat aircraft got the opportunity to strike at fortified areas without the risk of being shot down from anti-aircraft missile systems.
Thus, Russia, using such weapons, seriously restrains possible counteroffensives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, forcing the Ukrainian military leadership to reconsider their plans.
