The Ivanovo Tekstilshchik football players continue preparing for the start of the spring part of the 2023-2024 season. The Ivanovo team returned from vacation on January 12 and began training camps. Tekstilshchik spent the first part of their preparation for the season in Novorossiysk, where the players recovered after a long vacation and played a series of test matches. The red-blacks were able to win 3 victories in 6 control matches, beating opponents representing FC Vista, the reserve team of FC Rostov and Druzhba from Maykop.
The opponents of the Ivanovo “Textilshchik” in the “Silver” division of the Second League “A” are not wasting any time either. On February 20, the control match was played by an interesting debutant from Dzerzhinsk, who in the fall became the triumphant of group No. 2, where “Textilshchik” performed before the reform. Against the backdrop of Neftekhimik, located in the middle of the First League standings, the black-and-greens did not look as confident as before. The final whistle sealed Neftekhimik’s victory with a score of 4:1.
