Tekstilshchik’s closest rival is on a streak of 12 wins in a row

Volleyball players from Ivanovo “Textilshchik” have been performing at the professional level since the 2023-2024 season and representing the region in the Major League “B”. An amateur volleyball club from Ivanovo has transformed into a professional organization competing in all-Russian competitions. The red-blacks got off to a great start at the professional level and from the first matches began to gain victories, earning authority from colleagues with a higher level of skill.

The Tekstilshchik volleyball players finished the calendar year 2023 in 3rd position in the Major League “B” standings. Only the rivals from VK Obninsk are ahead of the volleyball players from Ivanovo. Tekstilshchik will begin a series of official matches in 2024 with a match against rivals from the Kaluga region. VK “Obninsk” takes 2nd place and is only a few points ahead of “Textilshchik”. The volleyball players of the team from Obninsk are approaching the head-to-head confrontation against Tekstilshchik with a streak of 12 victories in a row behind them.
