“Tekstilshchik-m” took 2nd place in the Ivanovo Region Championship

On July 29, the youth team of Ivanovo “Tekstilshchik” played in the rescheduled match of the 8th round of the Ivanovo Region Championship. The Red-Blacks met on the road against one of the competitors in the fight for the championship – “Cooperator”, representing Vichuga. Before the match, both teams claimed to be in the top 3 after the 1st round and had 13 points each.

The match between the two leaders of the Ivanovo Region Championship justified the high expectations of the fans. “Koperator” and “Tekstilshchik-m” gave an emotional match with a great red-black comeback after a failure in the first 25 minutes of the match. In the second half “Tekstilshchik-m” scored 4 goals and snatched an important victory.

Thanks to the victory in the match against “Cooperator”, the youth team of the Ivanovo “Tekstilshchik” came out on the 2nd place in the Ivanovo Region Championship and is 9 points behind “Rodnik”. “Cooperator” has a match in reserve against “Tekstilshchik-m” and is 3 points behind.
