The Russian Football Union on its official resources posted the lists of teams that applied for licensing to participate in RPL, First and Second League matches in the 2023-2024 season. Most Russian clubs were able to meet the requirements of the Russian Football Union and received permission to compete in the 2023-2024 season, but there are also those teams that have problems obtaining a license.
Among the tech teams that did not receive a license to participate in the competitions of the 2023-2024 season is Tekstilshchik Ivanovo. Omsk “Irtysh”, “Spartak” from Kostroma, “Chelyabinsk” and Perm “Amkar” also had problems with licensing.
The team from Ivanovo has until May 29 to correct all the shortcomings and inaccuracies related to the RFU regulations. On May 29, a meeting of the RFU Appeals Committee on licensing football clubs will be held.
