Tarantino’s father-in-law, legendary Israeli singer-songwriter Zvika Pick, has died

Legendary Israeli singer-songwriter Zvika Pick has died at the age of 72. He died at his home in Ramat Hasharon. Four years ago, Pick reportedly suffered a stroke on a flight from Israel to London.
“Zvika was a revolutionary cultural figure of his generation, one of the pillars of Israeli pop music,” Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid expressed his condolences. “Today he is gone forever, but the songs and melodies he left behind will sound for many years to come.”
The daughter of singer and composer Daniela is married to director Quentin Tarantino. He met her while promoting Inglourious Basterds in 2009 in Israel. The couple has two children, the daughter was born recently – in July. The Tarantino family lives in Tel Aviv.
