Tambov will host “Cross of Nation-2022”

The All-Russian Day of Running Cross of the Nation 2022 will be celebrated in Tambov with a mass run in Druzhba Park on September 17. Traditionally, more than a thousand runners come to the start of the “Cross of the Nation” in the regional center. Any resident of Tambov who has permission from a doctor can take part in the race.
From today, registration is open in Tambov – runners can leave an application and get a number. The organizing committee works at the address: Sovetskaya st., 182 from 10.00 to 17.00 through September 16 inclusive. It is also possible to register for participation in the race directly on the day of its holding, right at the start, having the necessary package of documents with you.
The grand opening of the All-Russian day of running will take place at 10.00, the races will start at 10.30. The youngest cross-country participants will be the first to run their 1.5 kilometers, older ones will later go to distances of 3 and 5 km.
The winners of the competitions in each age group will receive cups of the Ministry of Sports of Russia, the winners will receive medals and diplomas.
