Tambov residents will see 15 professional fights at the International Mixed Martial Arts Tournament. An evening of professional mixed martial arts will be held in the regional center.
On September 3, the Tambov sports and training center will host the International MMA Mixed Martial Arts Tournament among professionals “Old Guard Division VIII”. The event will be held as part of the celebration of the anniversary of the region – the 85th anniversary of the Tambov region, as well as with the support of the acting head of the administration of the Tambov region Maxim Egorov.
Spectators will see 15 fights of high-level professionals. Welterweight will defend the title of champion “Old Guard Division Champion”. The event will be the final according to the rules of professional Muay Thai according to Champion Old Guard Selection Muay Thai.
The participants of the fights will be athletes from the capital and the Moscow region, the cities of Izhevsk, Voronezh, Makhachkala, Gorlovka, Donetsk region, as well as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. Pupils of the clubs “BORSEK” and “MEDOED” will represent Tambov.
Anyone can visit the sporting event, admission will be free.
