Talks between Putin and Erdogan ended in Sochi

The talks between Russian and Turkish Presidents Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan have ended. They were held in the Green Hall of the Imperial building of the Rus sanatorium in Sochi. The closed-door conversation lasted a little over four hours. As a result of the talks, the heads of state adopted a joint statement and also agreed to start partial payments for Russian gas supplies to Turkey in rubles.
Earlier it was specified that a press conference following the talks would not be held due to the schedule of the Turkish president.
