Talks between Putin and Erdogan ended in Sochi

Talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan ended in Sochi. The meeting lasted an hour and a half, a Vedomosti correspondent reports.
The meeting of the two leaders will be followed by narrow format talks. Then there will be a press conference between Putin and Erdogan.
According to the Kremlin’s announcement, during the talks the presidents were to “discuss issues of further development of mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation, as well as topical international issues.”
According to the transcript on the Kremlin website, Putin and Erdogan started the conversation by mentioning the increase in trade between Russia and Turkey. The leaders also touched upon the topic of a gas hub in Turkey, a grain deal, the Ukrainian conflict and energy issues.
The last time Putin and Erdogan met was on August 5, 2022. The talks also took place in Sochi.
