Taisiya Povaliy, who moved to Russia, buys a house with used furniture: no money

The singer was shocked by real estate prices in Moscow

After the start of the SVO, Taisiya Povaliy moved to Moscow. Not alone – together with her husband Igor and her elderly mother. At first, the star family huddled in a rented apartment. But now the singer has decided to buy a separate home. Taisiya began looking through advertisements for the sale of country houses and was shocked by real estate prices. She told MK about this.

“I was born in the village and my mother was born in the village,” explains Taisiya. – We have lived on earth all our lives. But in Moscow we had a rented apartment. We have been filming it since 2006 and we were happy with everything. But when my mother arrived in Moscow, I realized that it was difficult for her in the apartment. Either we call the doctor, then she falls – we went to hospitals… It’s inconvenient to live on the 13th floor. And we began to look for a house precisely for my mother. Because they realized that they should live in nature.

Initially, Taisiya planned to rent a house. But the proposed options did not suit her. Then the singer thought about buying her own house.

“We don’t have realtors: we go and look ourselves,” says the singer. “In fact, we’ve been doing these things all year.” Everything we saw is very expensive. Sometimes it doesn’t even match the price. Sometimes they offer completely inconvenient, run-down houses for a lot of money. I want us to have a large kitchen and a spacious living room where we can spend time with my mother. Good furniture is also a must, because I don’t have the opportunity to buy new cabinets, tables and sideboards.

“On average, I need from 35 to 45 million rubles for a house,” says the star. “I don’t have that kind of money myself right now.” So I turned to bankers to give me a loan. We decided that it was better to take our own home and pay money to the bank than to pay for a rented one. So wish me good earnings in the new year!
